With over a decade of experience coaching individuals and teams in brick-and-mortar gyms, Ashton opened Outlier Fitness in 2022 on the east side of Janesville. In 2024, he expanded operations by relocating the gym to Beloit, continuing his mission to raise the standard in fitness and personal discipline.

On Saturday, September 13th, the Beloit Rising Professionals team will participate in the 19th annual Walk a Mile in Her Shoes®, walking through downtown Janesville to raise awareness and stand with survivors. The walk is symbolic, but the impact is real—and we’d love your help in making it happen.

As Rising Professionals, we believe in the power of community to engage, empower, and connect—especially when it means showing up for others. This walk is one way we put those values into action.

How you can support:

• Make a donation toward our team fundraising goal

• Contribute to the silent auction (gift cards, event tickets, artwork, etc.)

• Join us for the walk or come cheer us on!

All funds go directly to YWCA Rock County, which last year provided 2,639 nights of shelter and served 990 individuals through advocacy and support services. Their goal this year is to raise $40,000.
