Spending intentional time in nature can calm the nervous system, reinvigorate energy and attention span, and spark joy. Join us to discuss the benefits of bird watching, learn bird identification tips, and practice birding during a guided trail walk. Nature At The Confluence staff will also share about the mission and history of the organization. Trails are unpaved, so please bring walking shoes and dress for the weather if you want to participate in the walk.
